At INN8 Nutrition, fast, reliable delivery matters. We fulfill supplement orders within 24 hours (business days) and ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Most packages arrive in 2–5 business days. Weather events or carrier disruptions can occasionally extend transit times.
Apparel Ships Separately
Our branded apparel is made to order by a trusted print partner. Because shirts are printed on demand, they require extra processing time before shipping. You may receive two separate shipments (supplements first, apparel later). We work closely with our partner to keep timelines tight and quality high.

International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide to select countries via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery rates are automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout and may include Shopify’s discounted international rates for added savings. Typical delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 6–10 business days.
International shipping is currently available to the following regions and countries:
- Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
- Europe: Most countries supported by USPS Priority Mail International
- North America: Canada
- Australia & New Zealand
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon arrival depending on your country’s regulations. INN8 Nutrition is not responsible for these additional charges or delays caused by customs processing.
Additional international destinations may be added in the future as we expand global shipping availability.
Split Shipments & Partial Deliveries
If your supplements arrive first and apparel shows “in production,” that’s normal. Your second tracking link will update as soon as the apparel ships.
